The Future Skills:Need to survive in Fourth Industrial Revolution

The World Economic forum has said in its report "The Future Of Jobs" that by 2020 The Fourth Industrial Revolution will start .
This has brought us andvanced robotics  Machine learning,QuantumComputing,Artificial Intelligence ,Automatic Transport systems , Genetic Engineering ,Biotechnology and Genomics .The old skills which will be extinct in next five years .So there are some skills you should master .They are following:

1)Complex problem solving : In the age of modern computers and IT we have huge data.This skill involves that can you solve complex issues and problems by using your own intelligence and wisdom with the help of that data .The professionals are not paid for their knowledge or experience they are paid for their problem solving abilities .Best Management Institutes Of India(IIM's) and World conduct  CAT ,GRE and GMAT entrance exams for their courses. This exams test the problem solving abilities of the aspirants .The machines can process only data ,upto now they are not capable of taking decision, Decision we have to take 
2)Critical Thinking Critical thinking is the analysis of an issue or situation and the facts, data or evidence related to it. This type of rhinking helps you to manage and understand complex situations and issues This type of thinking involves your logical Rational And Anlytical approach .You can develop this by Analysing various topics with efficient and disciplined way .

3)Creativity :Can you merge with new ideas every day ?Can you create some thing new ?.Creativity is the use of imagination and original ideas to create something .In this world of automation only jobs of creative nature will survive .The jobs of repetative nature will lost.The creative thinking gifts you innovations and helps you to become a better problem solver .But creativity only works at right time and place .So timing also important .

4)People Management : Have a very big rolw in career .You all may have observed that in any company that the people with managerial skill  have more respect than technical skills. In company the CEO plays major role than CTO.Why this happens ? It doesn't matter that your expert but you should also know how to let your work done from others. You can't do all things alone you need to hire people. Your ability to handle people play major role in your career.

5)Coordinating with Others : When you interact with people then you have to create better relationships. Can you make best friend from different streams and cultures ? You will easily manage to interact friendly with people of your own culture/field /stream.But what when you have to deal with people from different stream.For this you will have to develop your Communication Skills and Laguage fluency .Develop ability to work with Team
 
6)Emotional Intelligence (E.Q.): This skill involves your social skills ,Self awareness ,Self Regulation ,empathy ,ability to express and understand emotions .In now a days EQ have equal importance as of IQ .
When Mark Zuckerberg was in stanford university .He had two subjects Computer science and Psychology.Psychology help him to understand people emotions and computer science helped to code that idea into Facebook (Billion Dollar Startup)

7)Judgment and Decision making :The reason behind success of every person is the right decisions.The Right judgement leads to right decisions.Right decision achieves better utilisation of resourses and objectives.It also facilitates innovation .Even if you are not on any leadership position but although your decisions create impact on others,the impact may be positive or negative .When you take any decisions then you have to think about pros and cons .So your both side thinking is developed.

8)Cognitive Flexibility:Cognitive flexibility is the human ability to adapt the cognitive processing strategies to face new and unexpected conditions in the environment.This is your ability to adapt with change in environment  and circumstances.This ability  helps you to learn new things .You can learn new things.Cognitive flexibility is directly linked to Neuroplasticity. Neuroplasticity is ability of brain to reorganize the neural networks in brain. You should be able to adapt with change and upgrades in your life. 9)Negotiation: The negotiation is to create win -win. The main purpose of negotiation is to get closer to your objective.  This objective may be anything, Like to sell any object like car or scheme or it also may be to convince someone for any deal. The Negotiation is most important skill for Sales. The ultimate profit of any organisation directly depends on sale of products or service. 10)Service Orientation :This is also important factor in your career.Service orientation is the ability and desire to anticipate, recognize and meet others' needs, sometimes even before those needs are articulated.People are not paid for knowledge, time, talent, experience, They are paid for how much value they add in some one life. Because better you serve your customer the better will be the relationship of  customer  with organisation.
